A Kitchen Made for Real Meals The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new retro-style appliances, cookware, bakeware, an air fryer, and everyday essentials for cooking and baking comfortably during your stay. Gather, Play & Unwind The living area centers around a cozy indoor fireplace and flows into a dedicated game space with a pool table, arcade games, board games, JBL bluetooth speaker with microphone setup, and a Mini Jumbotron experience allowing you to tune into 4 different tv’s for an immersive day of sports action. Outdoor Living Step onto one of three decks designed for relaxation and reconnection. Soak in the private hot tub under the stars or unwind in the outdoor sauna after hiking or exploring the Smokies. Parking & Easy Access The cabin is accessed by well-paved mountain roads and features a private driveway with space for up to 3–4 vehicles. Bedrooms & Baths Bedrooms are designed with rest in mind, offering a calm place to recharge after full days out. Upstairs is the master suite—equipped with a King bed and in-room soaking jacuzzi and private towel warmer. On the main level is the guest room with a Queen bed just steps away from a full bathroom. The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 adults + kids. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added convenience. Comfort & Safety For peace of mind, the cabin is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, regular pest control, and exterior lighting around entry points and decks. The Black Birch Experience Black Birch Cabin is a place to slow down — coffee with a view, evenings by the fire, laughter over games, and quiet nights surrounded by the mountains.

Other Details to Note

🛏️Our cabin sleeps comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults, plus children. We do not recommend anymore than 4 adults staying at the cabin. This cabin is equipped with a gas-powered Generator to help maintain power during an outage. 🔌 The driveway is also paved and the road leading to the cabin is also paved and maintained. 🚗 This is a wooded mountain cabin. While we treat monthly for pests, occasional insects (including ladybugs) are normal and do not indicate a cleanliness issue. 🐞 Baby gates and a pack and play are located in the upstairs master bedroom under the bed. A variety of board games and cards are available in the guest bedroom console table for your enjoyment. Please be mindful of all fame pieces and return items to their original boxes and location after use so future guests can enjoy them as well. 🧩🎮🃏 The cabin is supplied by well water, which is safe for drinking, cooking and bathing. The water is professionally maintained and treated. 💦

This was only our second experience with Airbnb, and I could not have been more satisfied with The Black Birch Cabin and with Kayla and Mike. Shortly before we arrived, they alerted us to an AC issue, which they had fixed before we ever arrived! They provided timely updates and made sure we were in the know. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of including all of the little extras and things you may forget! We appreciated the trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that we didn’t have to get back out for those staples. All of the cookware/dinnerware was clean and aesthetically pleasing, which I loved. We loved the coffee bar, and my kids had a blast in the game room! It was also my 6 month old twins’ first vacation, and it was the perfect place for our older and younger kids alike! We were comfy, cozy, well taken care of, and had so much fun! We can’t wait to be back! Truly perfect!

This was only my family's second experience with AirBNB. Needless to say, the first one was almost the last. I only add that part to this review to inject a little background and context for this property and its outstanding owner/operators. The Black Birch Cabin is everything it's promised to be in the listing: adorable, remote, peaceful, and absolutely briming with charm and ammenities. It's clean, tidy, well setup and decorated, and features some incredibly thoughtful touches, down to the provided coffee and kitchen accoutrements. If you're looking for the quintessential Smoky Mountain getaway experience, I cannot recommend the Black Birch Cabin enough. Kayla and Mike are outstanding hosts. They genuinely care about the quality of your stay, and that shows. They are communicative, responsive, and seem to care deeply about the experience. I only wish they owned properties in other vacation spots. If you find this listing, book it!

Our stay at The Black Birch Cabin was phenomenal. The overall feel and look of this cabin is homey and relaxing. The views are great as well! Kayla and Mike did such a great job making sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pictures do not give this home enough credit . The home was so cozy and perfect, I have never stayed at an Airbnb that had EVERYTHING you need . The coffee bar was perfect. The kitchen is stocked with everything! The home was also spotless. Kayla and Mike have the best communication and respond within seconds. They are probably the best host you could ask for . Hoping to make this an annual stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This cabin was perfect for us! Coffee watching the sunrise and reading my bible was so reviving! My husband really enjoyed watching the basketball games on the mini Jumbotron. I was really impressed on how much was offered in the house. Throw blankets, toiletries, the coffee bar fully stocked , the towels by the back door for the hot tub showed they really put thought in this house for their guests. I really hope to visit this house soon! Thank you for a lovely weekend!

This place was incredible! They have thought of everything so you don't have to! So many thoughtful touches. I love the well stocked kitchen with spices. Q Tips, robes... Just the little things that make this the perfect spot to just grab a change of clothes and go! Everything is immaculate. Kayla was so helpful for the few questions we did have. They need to add an additional star for places like this! This was a 6 out 5 star stay! ***we also got married on the Mountain at Bear Mountain weddings. It was incredible and it's only about 6 minutes from the cabin. Perfect for vow renewals. Check them out if you're looking to add some romance to your absolutely perfect cabin experience!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! You can truly tell how much thought Kayla and Mike put into every detail ,it made the whole experience feel extra special. The coffee bar was such a great touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook (and more). We especially loved the quiet master upstairs and spent a lot of time enjoying the pool table. The cabin itself was peaceful and relaxing, yet still conveniently located ,no more than about 30 minutes from all the main attractions. Kayla was fantastic with communication and always responded quickly, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
